Week 8 check-in. Honestly wasn’t expecting results this quickly. Sleep is deeper, focus is sharper, and I’ve dropped 11 lbs without changing my diet. The difference feels like a clean kind of energy — not stimulant-like, just baseline elevated. Really glad I found this community.
