Thank you for shopping with Renacer Labs. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll notify you if this affects your order.

Shipping Time

Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS / UPS / Fed Ex and typically arrive within:

•   Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
•   Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control are outside our responsibility once a package has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and selected shipping method. [We offer free standard shipping on orders over $250 if applicable.]

Order Tracking

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier facility first. If the issue isn’t resolved, contact us at support@renacerlabs.com within [7 days] of the delivery date so we can investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
