Still need something answered? Reach out and a member of our team will get back to you the same business day.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day are packed and handed to the carrier the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day. Tracking is emailed the moment the label scans, and domestic transit is typically 2–4 business days.
Each vial contains lyophilized material at the quantity listed on this page, sealed under an inert atmosphere with a tamper-evident flip cap, and shipped in a padded, temperature-buffered mailer. Bacteriostatic water is included free with every purchase.
Every lot is third-party tested by HPLC and mass spectrometry before it is released for sale. Certificates of analysis are published on our COA page under the lot number printed on your vial, and each report links back to the testing lab so you can verify it independently.
Sealed lyophilized vials are stable at ambient temperature during transit. On arrival, store them in a cool, dark place, or freeze them for long-term storage. Once in solution, keep material refrigerated and shielded from light, and handle it under your laboratory’s standard operating procedures.
We accept cryptocurrency, Zelle, and ACH bank transfer. Crypto payments confirm on-chain and release your order automatically; Zelle and ACH orders are released once funds clear. Payment instructions appear at checkout and are repeated in your confirmation email.
Because these are controlled-handling laboratory materials, sealed vials cannot be restocked once they leave our facility, so we do not accept general returns. If an order arrives damaged, short, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number and we will replace or refund it.
We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. International buyers are responsible for confirming that their local regulations permit import, and for any duties or customs fees assessed on arrival. Reach out before ordering if you are unsure about your country.
