Welcome to Renacer Labs, operated by All American Trade LLC (DBA Renacer Labs). By accessing renacerlabs.com (the “Website”) or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please refrain from using the Website or ordering our products.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Website, you confirm you are at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you’re acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you’re authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Who Can Order
Renacer Labs products are made available to researchers, laboratories, and organizations conducting legitimate scientific work. We reserve full discretion to approve, decline, or cancel any order or account, and may request proof of research affiliation at any time. Orders may be canceled if requested verification isn’t provided.
3. Intended Product Use
All products are intended for laboratory research only. No product or statement on this Website has been evaluated by the FDA. By ordering, you acknowledge that:
- Products are for in-vitro, laboratory research use exclusively
- Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, or treatment
- No content on this site should be read as medical advice or dosing guidance
- You will follow all applicable laws governing research chemical purchase, possession, and use
- You are ordering as a qualified researcher or for a legitimate research purpose
Renacer Labs operates as a supplier of research-grade compounds and is not a compounding pharmacy or facility under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. We do not compound, manufacture, or dispense products for human or veterinary administration.
You further agree not to administer our products to humans or animals, use them as pharmaceutical ingredients or therapies, or relabel or represent them as approved for medical, veterinary, or diagnostic use.
4. Your Account
Creating an account lets you place orders and track shipments. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
5. Orders & Payment
- You agree to pay the price displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping
- You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order total
- Orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance
- We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice
6. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you. Renacer Labs is not responsible for carrier delays or issues outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for processing times and claim windows.
7. Returns & Refunds
Given the nature of our products, sales are generally final. Any exceptions — replacements, store credit, or a purity-related resolution — are handled per our Refund Policy. We do not refund orders seized or destroyed by customs or other authorities, and we’re not responsible for improper storage or handling after delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All Website content — text, graphics, branding, and code — belongs to Renacer Labs or its licensors and is protected under applicable IP law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
- Misrepresent your identity, age, or research affiliation
- Disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to the Website or its systems
- Scrape or use automated tools to access the Website
- Resell our products without written authorization

Violating any of the above may result in immediate account termination, order cancellation, and a permanent ban from ordering with Renacer Labs.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Website at any time, for any reason, at our discretion. Termination does not remove any obligations you’ve already accepted under these Terms, including indemnification.
11. Assumption of Risk
You expressly acknowledge that purchasing, possessing, handling, storing, and using Renacer Labs products is entirely at your own risk. Our products are research chemicals intended solely for laboratory use. By ordering, you voluntarily assume all risk connected to the product — including risks from improper storage, contamination, degradation, misuse, or any application to a human or animal.
12. No Warranties
The Website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. A Certificate of Analysis reflects results at time of testing and is not a warranty of fitness for any specific research application.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Renacer Labs, All American Trade LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages related to your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Renacer Labs, All American Trade LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, judgments, fines, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use or misuse of our products, statements you make about them, any breach of these Terms, or regulatory action prompted by your actions.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect once posted. Continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any other referenced policy, make up the complete agreement between you and Renacer Labs regarding use of the Website and purchase of our products.
