Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Renacer Labs does not accept returns on any peptide or research compound once shipped.
Exceptions: We will issue a full refund or replacement only if:
The product arrived damaged or defective
The wrong item was shipped
To report an issue, contact us at renacersupport@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence.
No refunds will be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Products that have been opened or used
